ITH and Hotelspeaker unite to optimise responses to customer feedback

The Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH), joins Hotelspeaker as an innovative partner in the use of new technologies and hotel operations. The aim is to manage the online reputation of establishments in the tourist industry, by using their system to provide personalised responses to all reviews received from a range of booking providers quickly and consistently, in multiple languages.

Hotelspeaker responds on behalf of each establishment, preparing a personal and specific response quickly and professionally then, once approved by the hotel, the response is published.

Via our platform, the operation is carried out in 4 steps: HOTELSPEAKER gathers the reviews and responds. Once the hotel validates the response , it is immediately published on the platform it originated from.

Hotelspeaker responds to all reviews, both external and internal. We also provide a seamless and effortless service for the management of your online reputation by responding to comments that are posted on platforms such as Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Expedia, etc. or are given in guest satisfaction surveys.

This technology agreement with ITH, in collaboration with HOTELSPEAKER and its experience, is to improve and optimise the online reputation of the Hotel and Tourism Industry.
